At House Fitness, we’re more than a gym—we’re a community. Our Front of House team is the heart of the member experience: the first smile people see when they arrive, the voice behind the phone and Instagram DMs, and the support that keeps the gym running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who is positive, organized, and energized by connecting with people.
What you’ll do:
Community & Member Experience
Create a warm, upbeat, and welcoming environment for all members and guests
Greet and assist members with account questions, updates, or changes
Facilitate tours for new prospects and help with membership sign-ups
Respond promptly to membership and general inquiries via phone, email, and Instagram
Operations & Facility Care
Act as a keyholder, completing opening and closing duties
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization (put away weights, wipe down equipment, stock supplies, clean bathrooms, wash floors)
Manage inventory and ordering for supplies
Keep member accounts up to date in the gym’s management system
Process payments and membership transactions accurately
Support & Retention
Call members regarding failed payments or missed appointments
Support retention by following up with members and ensuring their experience stays positive
What we’re looking for:
A natural people-person with excellent communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and comfortable taking ownership as a keyholder
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping things running smoothly
A problem-solver who can handle account questions and escalate when needed
Previous customer service or front desk experience is an asset (fitness industry is a bonus, but not required)
