If your payment method recently expired or was declined, you can update your info here to keep your membership running smoothly — no interruptions, no hassle.
How to Update Your Payment Info
Click the button above — a secure Mindbody pop-up will open
Enter your email address to your account using the same email linked to your membership; click Reset Password
Enter your password, or click Reset Password if you haven’t set it up
Once logged in, go to:
Account Info → scroll to down to Payment Info → click Edit payment infoEnter your new card details and save changes.
Tip: If you’re not sure which email your account is under, check any past House Fitness receipts — it’ll be the same one!
